My coaching style is rooted in compassion, empathy and openness. I want our conversations to feel as natural and comfortable as talking to a trusted friend. I help clients navigate self-doubt, perfectionism, and the inner critic while building confidence, reframing mindsets, and exploring more intentional ways of living. Whether it’s developing new habits, overcoming emotional roadblocks, or getting organized, I’ll meet you where you are.


My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, more confident, and hopeful about the person you’re becoming. You already hold the answers, I’m just here to help you find them.


My background - I hold an MBA from IIFT and spent 5 years as an Operations Manager at Amazon, where I honed my skills in leadership, organisation, and helping teams thrive. Alongside my corporate career, I pursued my interest in mental health and personal development, becoming a Certified Life Coach (CLC).


In 2025, I transitioned full-time into coaching and facilitation, blending my professional experience with my passion for intentional living, self-compassion, and creativity. Today, I bring both structure and empathy into my work, supporting individuals and teams in building confidence, resilience, and clarity.
